Not Helpful

I have been trying for a more than a year now to get a Maxillo Facial procedure authorized and it has gotten to a point where it is seriously affecting my health negatively. I have had a dentist, a specialist and a doctor send motivational letters to you people and still have had no luck as I keep getting told that you do not cover dental procedures. The problem is, I wish it was as simple as having a tooth removed. The infection is in my cheek and has to be opened up via my gum to be cleaned out. If this procedure is not done, the infection is not being drained and is now poisoning my body and causing secondary infections and could lead to organ failure. This is life threatening and I do not see how you people do not understand that. Please can someone get in touch with me asap so that this can be sorted out once and for all.
