Not happy with the way Im being treated

My worse experience with medical aid scheme,I joined last year and got admitted in hospital in February 2018 they paid every single claim from my savings was owing specialists left right and centre it took them almost the whole year to sort the problem out,even this year I have to call them over and over again to fix Drs claims yet I see Drs that I have chosen and in the Fedhealth network. I just discovered that I'm a pregnant and the plan Im on doesn't cover maternity I then called to be upgraded to the plan that will be able cover my pregnancy, I was told that I need to get proof that I'm really pregnant meaning I have to go to the Dr do the tests,scans and write a motivation letter to move to a plan that I will pay for now I must also pay the Drs fees out of my pocket which are over 2500 so they can have proof.I have been with the scheme over 12 months already meaning I couldn't have joined the scheme pregnant already.I am not happy with the treatment I have received so far from Fedhealth.
