Not getting feedback

I sent my application to apply for medical aid through on 11/02. I confirmed with Janita if they have received it which they did. On the 23rd of Feb I asked if everything was in order for the medical aid because we had discussed that we will start medical aid on the 1st of March. I got a reply that my application is being processed.<br> I sent an email again on the 2nd of March wanting to know if it has been processed? No reply. I also sent it through to [Email Removed] I got a query nr 020315Q742HP.<br> If someone can just get back to me please? <br> I am thinking if I went with another company we would have been covered by medical aid by now!
