Non-response due to Leaving the Medical Aid

I'm a Fedhealth member and the rule of leaving the medical aid is to notify them 30 days in advance. I sent my notice at the beginning of this month and I haven't heard from them since. My concern is that I might be informed that my notice must be in January.
