Non Existent Fedhealth Customer Service

Customer support does not exist. Emails to Fedhealth are responded to via automated response and then NOTHING!!!!! The call center number on the communication document goes through to Bonitas? Then your call gets transferred and that's like asking the government to fix potholes. NO RESPONSE. How does one get an answer to a simple question????? And oh by the way the gentleman who signed me up on the Weight Management Program has no idea of geography of South Africa and where I was located vs where a service provider located. Nothing like trying to send me 500 kms away to a practitioner. APPALLING to say the least and every month they just take take take and we still have to pay in for medication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
