NO SERVICE

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my Chronic Medication, no communication from Fedhealth side, I have tried to do everything by the book and getting no satisfaction.

I suffer from a life-threatening condition and have run out of medication and cannot get it because of their lack of service.

They wait until you lose it completely and only then tell you that you should get your doctor to call them.

In the meantime, I am at risk of relapse!!!
