No response to payment made

Having left Fedhealth in July 2017 and then making a eft final payment, made a call on 23rd August after receiving notification for non payment, got given a reference number to confirm receipt of payment, I received notification that I have not paid again, received an automatic response two weeks ago however I have still not heard back from Fedhealth only to receive an SMS for the money again!! PLEASE help!
