No response to authorization requests

Getting hospital authorizations timeously is a critical criteria for efficiency in a medical aid. I have been trying to get an authorization for urgent dental surgery from Fedhealth for weeks. I have submitted everything and my dentist has submitted everything. They simply don’t bother to respond. I am not on just a hospital plan - my plan is hospital and day to day with a generous savings. I am ready to cancel my medical aid with Fedhealth and find a company that actually cares about their customers
