no response regarding authorisation

Rosebank netcare rehab have sent motivational letter regarding authorisation for an inpatient at Rosebank Net care rehab facility. However no response from fedhealth. I have sent emails regarding call center to phone me back. No reply. Corine at Rosebank rehab us been trying to get approval no response. Its a simple situation. Either you have authorisation or you Dont how difficult is that.
