No response / poor service

I logged a query with Fedhealth more than a month ago. I was supposed to get feedback before Christmas, but gave them a chance and only followed up early January. Numerous follow up calls made from my side, but no response or feedback received. Sibongile Zwane promised to call me last week Friday, still no response. I tried their online chat today, but was told to call the contact centre instead as they are in different departments. No interest shown to try and assist.
