No response and constant pathetic service

Pathetic service. What does it take to get a response fedhealth? Do I really have to post on Hello Peter to get some form of feedback? Ref no 271119QS3J9B. After a year of threatening I'm canceling my plan with this company, I've have had it. We pay through the roof for premiums and have nothing but hassles. I will not be coming back to fedhealth and I will definitely not recommend this scheme to anyone.
