No response!!!!
My mother in law is a member of Fedhealth. She recently had a claim rejected.<br> <br> I have requested Fedhealth on numerous occasions to call her back to discuss the issue but with no success.<br> <br> I am just wondering why this medical aid becomes lethargic when they have to assist members but they are super diligent in deducting their monthly contributions?<br> <br> If I do not get a response I will refer the matter to the office of the MD of Fedhealth.
