no reply/difficult to get hold of.

i have been trying to get my tax certificate for 2014 and 2015 for the last two weeks, i have sent numerous emails and no response. i have been trying to contact the call centre but the options are stupid and gets me nowhere it says press 2 if you a member and 3 if you are<br> interested in becoming a member.now i was a member from 2*** so i no longer have a membership number and i need my tax certificate to do my tax return. i cant do it online cause it also asks a membership number, no one has even responded to any of my emails which is ridiculous its been more than 7 days i should have had a response. my name Stacey Lakay contact number is ***
