No reaction after 3 attempts

I contacted Fedhealth 3 times via the link https://www.fedhealth.co.za/ and using the "chat now" option.

To no avail. Left my contact details 3 times, complained 2 times, and yet, nobody is getting back to me.

Now I am asking myself, normally the after sales is always very poor, so if this is the kind of reaction/ response one get from Fedhealth Medical Scheme even before they have you as a client, how is the service going to be after the have you as a client?
