No peace of mind, very confusing, not worth it

I am thinking of moving to other medical schemes. Fedhealth is never clear and upfront, there’s always uncer*****y around their medical scheme. You are always in the dark about what you paying for , there’s is no peace of mind here. Worse they are very non-responsive, you will struggle to get help or answers for clarity. They struggle to even resolve simple queries, on emails and their WhatsApp number. Their agents are also very confused people they never have clear answers. If you send a query you won’t get any response from them, you always have to struggle!
