No payment for 38 year old who will end up in wheelchair

The most disgusting service again. 4 weeks to tell me sorry we won’t pay. I have a labral tear which is so uncommon and I am 38 years old.

They refuse to pay not 1 cent even though this is such a rare injury and if not fixed will become a huge problem - so clearly they will be happy to pay 100 grand when I’m in hospital with infections.

The worst communication ever DO NOT JOIN THEIR HOSPITAL PLANS. My child had epileptic fits in reception of hospital and it took us 1 hour to check in as their staff couldn’t recognize codes about a week ago.

So in short im on a cane (for 3 months) and will probably need many other surgeries from problems which they will have to pay AS IT STATES IN MY PLAN. Typical example of how NOT to run a company. Refuse a 71k necessary op but pay for me to go to hospital and pay 150k from a condition caused by not walking properly.

Revolting.
