complete bull **** from ANDREW the manager of memebers department at fedhealth after deducting my premiums after hours on the phone with fedhealth they still refuse to help me and this is still an ongoing problem after 2 hello peter reviews still no one has called this is truly disgusting I have health issue and I have to wait to get a hold of people because they level of service is pathetic

I have a gross feeling about this medical aid its truly the worst I have ever experience they make you feel like you a piece of **** begging to be on they medical aid

this is truly inhumane

I am still waiting for call back an an option change because I have been on this medical aid from 2016 and cant change without getting waiting periods

just truly ridiculous
