no one comes back to me

I moved to south africa just over a year ago. Having a small child who has never been sickly, I decided to get at least a hospital plan in case something happened to either of us. The lady who signed me up assured me this was the best hospital plan to join and I would NEVER have to pay anything in. I was admitted to hospital in October and fedhealth was amazing. Covered everything. Now though my son has been getting non stop ear infections and temperatureshe up to 40. So the pead took and xray and his adenoids are very large<br> So large he can't breathe thru his nose when he sleeps and he has sleep apnea. After 12 antibiotics since June and other ways to help cure it we have been told we have no option but to remove it. Now I was told that it has been sent to the underwriters and that I had to disclose previous medical conditions such as tonsillitis. He's only ever had tonsillitis twice!!! It's his adenoids. And whats more annoying is that I have complained about the woman who enrolled on this plan and no one came back with a solution. Because what she said I'll be getting and what I got is very different! Please just be as amazing as you were when I was admitted. This is my child
