No medical when you are in emergency room???

Make it make sense. I am in a car accident. The emergency room sends me dor an x ray where I broke my foot. Medical aid won't pay because I was not booked into hospital and only into casualty. What's the point of medical aid in an emergency? My moonboot was paid out of my savings- once again - whats the point because with fedhealth it's not saving with your installment- you pay savings back!!
