No interest after papers are signed
I am extremely disappointed in the service delivery of a so called great medical aid scheme. They promise you various things and are quick to have you sign, but as soon as you sign all communication disappear. What was said will be allowed for my chronic medication is now denied and I am left with that extra expense what my previous medical aid fully covered. After various mails and various calls that interrupt my daily work I am still left with unanswered questions.
