I am really disappointed with Fedhealth. We are members since 2012. My payment is always on time, but now that I need chronic asthma treatment there is a lot of stories.

I even had to pay for most of the blood tests. I can’t go laying in a hospital only for blood tests to be done. That really doesn’t make sense! So Fed health would rather pay a hospital bill, that would be 3 times more, than for only the blood tests? I do have a job and can’t afford to take off a day or two, just to visit the hospital for tests. We even changed to a higher plan, but now I have to pay more bills as well.

We would like to know why do you need a motivational letter?

If the blood tests and other tests show I have chronic asthma, (COPD) I have chronic asthma. NOTHING is going to change that.

My dr. did sent you all the test, please tell me what more do you need from Dr Vermooten.

Please note if this can’t be resolved I will strongly be thinking of cancelling my medical aid with Fed health and find a medical aid that will help me in times of need.
