No feedback, No response - nothing done. Members are ignored

No Feedback, no response - they do not care. You can call till you blue in the face, they dont send the promised reply. They say its an IT issue and it does not get resolved for months. The same person is never available, you cannot speak to a manager. I think its time for Carte Blanche to investigate this company. There admin is appalling and responses is non existant. The escalations team - Berlize and Feroza do not reply to you. Amor in the executive suite apparently has no feed back either. So if management cannot sort out an IT issue ... I think this company is doing something very very wrong.
