No feedback from claims department.
I re sibmitted documentation for approval or for consideration of approval, submitted my chronic medication report. And no one gets back to you at all. No feedback. Are the staff already on leave for the festive season why the rest need medication urgently and also worry about accounts etc to be paid but no feedback given
