NO FEEDBACK AS USUAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot belive you Fedhealth!!!!!!!! You reject a dental procedure for a 5 year old that needs work done because she keeps on getting abscesses.......I honestly ask what do we pay medical aid for????? You have no heart, I sent a letter from the dentist explaining everything and asked you why it was rejected or if it can even come out of PMB because this procedure needs to be done BUT i get no feedbac****!!!!!!!!!!! Why does a person always have to resort to social media in order to get feedback from Fedhealth, you definitely need to look into your cuystomer service department. I AM LOOKING TO MOVE MY MEDICAL AID BECAUSE YOU ARE A ******* WITH HARDLY ANY BENEFITS YET YOU CLAIM THAT THE NEW FLEXI FED OPTIONS HAVE MORE BENEFITS! NONSENSE....ALL YOU DO IS RIP US OFF!
