NO FEEDBACk
Good day.i cancelled my medical aid to move to fed-health. I submitted all my papers a month ago to be a active member on the 1st of November. On the 25th i called and nobody could find my stuff, they told me to resend it and they will get back to me. I did resend it ,and still don't have any answers. We are not even members yet and need to struggle like this. The 1st is on Sunday. i would really like to know what the HELL is going on. thank you
