NO FEEDBAC**** NO SERVICE!!! NO VALUE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to resort to Hello Peter again because I cannot get hold of any person when dialing Fedhealth and also don't get any replies from e-mails. I have so many complaints against Fedhealth that I don't even know where to begin.

1. I received an Ampath account for blood tests from November 2019 when I was hospitilised. I am of the opinion that these blood tests were done in-hospital. And because they don't even bother to answer my quieries I now have a final demand from Ampath.

2. On monday my whole family went to the doctor because we are all ill with sinusitus and flue. When I went to pick up our prescriptions (which amounted to R1,811 of medicine) from the pharmacy, the pharmacist informed me that Fedhealth does not want to pay the medicine because there is a self payment gap, which apparently compels me to pay up to a certain amount and only thereafter they will pay. What bull twang is that?? And that even after the still deduct the medi wallet money from account??

3. I recently took my children for their vacinations. Fedhealth pride themselves in their brochures that they pay the vaccines up to the age of 12 years. All previous vaccines were covered. Suddenly this time around they don't pay anymore. I had to pay just under R2,000 that day.

I am highly aggrieved with Fedhealth and the only reason that I am still with them is because they are on my employer's panel. Luckily I will be finishing up with my current employer and will most definitely change to a much better medical aid.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FEDHEALTH TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
