No effective response from consultants

I was refered to Fedhealth by my sister. I sent in a request last week and some consultant emailed me forms. I then emailed her back asking if they can assist me to select the favourable cover. I then sent in another request over the weekend. A consultant called me, I explained that someone has been in contact with me before and she then transferred me to another operator. I spoke to a gentleman who booked a call for me between 12:00 - 13:00 because that is when I take my lunch time. Either you want to assist me or you dont. This is very disappointing . If this is how you treat your clients I dont even want to imagine being a part of FEDHEALTH.
