No customer service

After receiving NO support from the scheme when I was on unpaid maternity leave. The scheme kicked me and left me with an amount owing by me. I paid the money immediately when my salary was paid into my account and believe it or not, I received another text message demanding, not asking, demanding the money.<br> <br> I am horrified and disgusted by the service I have received from the scheme.<br> <br> Service and compassion in this country is no existent!!!
