No cover for emergency in casualty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My six year old had a bit of an accident and needed stitches across her ankle :-( We rushed her to casualty where she had stitched done. Only to find that Fedhealth didnt cover it! I asked why because it was an emergency and got told that i needed pre-authorisation.......REALLY!!!!!! A person is in such a state already because your child is bleeding and needs assistance and then Fedhealth expects you as a member to first get pre-auth! How PATHETIC is that!!!!!! Terrible of how they expext their members to do that! You cant even think straight when things like this happen but yet CLEVER FEDHEALTH expects you to call in or go to hospital reception to first get an authorisation!!!!! You are a joke!
