I have been with Topmed for many years, they amalgamated with Fedhealth. To date i have not received and introductory call. The plan i have been put on is ridiculous compared to what i had with Topmed. I have been emailing and receive responses back days later. The service is pathetic and i am definately at changing medical aids. It is a shame that Topmed has done this change as i was extremely happy with them.
