no communication ever

i have been calling and emailing the claims department yet am not geting a response on a claim that has been submited by the pharmacy my profile call log will provide all information the medication is on a dr precription i have tried claming from a non dispensinf yet same code is given benefits or savings used not part of fixed fee aggrement
