No Communication

I have left my employer and received notification that my medical aid has been terminated,I did not want my membership to be terminated as I want to continue by debit order but no one from Fedhealth bothered to contact me to confirm or do you not have a retentions department? I would like to have the membership reinstated and to be forwarded amendment forms to remove some dependants. Another issue I have is with your slow response to emails,the last time I sent an email enquiring about registering on line on the 25th of September I only got a response on the 12th of october , Imagine?! I'm sure you can do better than that.
