No care for their members

I have submitted 3 claims for the same doctor and each time I submit it, the claim is rejected due to missing information. But all the information they say are missing is actually there. The last time I submitted I even specified all the information for them. But still it is rejected. No-one bothers to call you. They just send these emails. Clearly they don't care about their members, we are just numbers to them.
