No Cards Received Since Joining Scheme

Good Day <br> To whom It may concern:<br> After joining Fedhealth on the 01/03/2015 to date we still never received our membership cards.<br> We made numerous calls to the call centre but still we have not received any joy. <br> On separate occasions we were told the cards will be couriered to us and other instance it will be posted.<br> Irrespective which story / excuse used by Fedhealth my family and I are still without cards.<br> The general 3 month waiting period which has come and gone , but still however we are without cards.<br> My last reference of many was 250515C7JYV4 when I was advised the cards was posted.<br> Funny enough we receive all the corresponds except the medical aid card which will make me feel I belong to a Real Medical Aid , however this is not forthcoming.<br> Let's resolve this issue:<br> o Kindly courier the cards as promised after the 2 attempt to order the card but was later advised it was posted.<br> o We are very upset with this and require senior management to intervene <br> o I can't believe after paying 3 months premiums we still have nothing to show for it.<br> o We are starting to lose faith with Fed health <br> We await your urgent response!<br>
