no call after complaints is lodged

so here an I writing another complaint because I am not being taken serious. I wrote a complaint on the 13 February 2018 and someone tried calling me twice couldn't get a hold of me and then sent an email to which I responded to giving them my work number from then to date I have never received anything from fedhealth so much for caring for their clients.
