no brain scan authorization since admission

My mother EJ Dladla was admitted to Parklane on Friday the 9th Feb. To date she has not had her specialised radiology approved . Dr needs to conclusively rule out any neurological underlying causes to get persistent vertigo. Should 1 die before she can be radiologicallt diagnosed. What 3 days WP is it when a person is in hospital ? She should be worrying about her condition not about her medical aid that can't even provide her eith basic service. Should my mother for and later an autopsy reveal there were neurological contributing factors which were undiagnosed because you refused to authorise her scan.
