No actuall customer service!!

Tried to login to members area for some info. Members area has been changed so my password no longer works. Probably muted to have reset link emailed to me did that but no email received. Called and spoke to client services. They said they would email details of my queries. No email recurved. Spoke to website support, they said they would reinstate my profile and send login details. No email received.
