New unhappy member

I was called from Welworths after responding to an sms.

I decided to accept the offer to be put on the medical aid with my 2 children as dependants.

I was advised by Johanna Moodley that I needed both id number for my children in order to add them as beneficiaries.

I advised her I have my daughters but have lost my son's birth certificate and would have to get it at Home affairs because she tried calling my previous medical aid and they had no records of his id number.

She then advised that my daughter and I sign up so we will still qualify for the offer of immediate cover and once I have my sons id number he can be added on.

The next day I contacted her with his id number and was told to contact fedhealth who advised me to fill in the document to add a dependant.and send it back to them which I did.

I then received a new card with 3 of us on but my son has a 3 month waiting period.

No where when signing up was I advised that he would be put on the medical aid and with a 3 month waiting period.

I called Johanna Moodley again advising her of this and told her she never stipulated this when joining the medical aid.

Please look into this and revert
