'New' Fedhealth beyond useless

Since their change this year they have become beyond useless. Repeated enquiries about our care plans for chronic tests have just been ignored. On top of it they have taken money out of our bank account which they had no right to do. Online chat and phoning never sort out problems as you are just dealing with people that don't have a clue. How dissapointing that they have changed to this.
