New application delay

I have been with Fedhealth since 2008 and never had a problem. When I was told by my employer i MUST join there medical aid, I resigned from Fedhealth in Sept 2016. The new medical aid gave me the run-around and I wanted to go back to Fedhealth and was told I need to complet a application, which was done middle Jan. Eventhough Fedhealth have my FULL medical day to day history of 8 years on record, I am now told I have an ulcer, Colitis and Hypertension which I "did not declare". I called my GP and she toled me I was referred for a scan in Sept 2013 for Colitus and NOTHING was found. According to Fedhealth I also have an ulcer and hypertension which I have no clue where and how they got that from as they did not bother contacting my GP which accoutns they've been paying since 2008????? They can get my entire medical history, operations, treatments, medicine on their system but I "failed to declare illnesses/treatments" I never knew I had until now and for which I am not being treated, have no symptoms of or using ANY medication for????? This is absloutely rediculous!!!!! And do not even try and call them to find out what's happening, you get no assistance of any kind.......
