New Application - 3 Weeks, still no Membership No

I sent an mail on their website to join Fed health. Fatima phoned me. I then completed an Application form, and forwarded it to Fed health. After that they needed a Medical report from my doctor, which I got and sent through to them. I was told that it won't take long 'cause I was a member at Fedhealth before. I explained the urgency that my son is leaving for a Gauteng Ringball tournament to Margate, and my Membership number is required to complete his documents. After sending mails to Fatima and the Fedhealth mail daily, I still received no positive feedback. All they say is \we will look into it."I even phoned a few times"
