New application

I submitted a new membership application on 08/02/2024 by email to ***. I followed this route as Valenteen from Wellworx spoke to me over two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a quote, I also send her a follow up email and as I type this review, nothing received. Today 13/02/2024 I got an email from Fedhealth asking me whether my application should be processed? I mean for crying out loud that is why I submitted the application? FOR PROCESSING!!!!! The on live chat Lufuno and Lindelwa advised that my application was approved then rejected, no reason provided by membership! NO suprises there! Can you finalize my application urgently please. This is really not a pleasant experience.
