This medical aids is by far the worth service provider you can think off, i have placed my cancellation in December 2019 and was under the impression at my last payment would be in January the 25th . I have received a shocking email recently notifying me that i have a outstanding amount of R 15 200 which needs to be pay.

I have called Fed-Health on the 11/05/2020 spoke to one of the consultants explaining them my situation he did advise me i would need to pay an amount of R 675 Rand in order for the R 15 200 to fall away

I am was under the impression my medical was cancelled off but this is a nightmare
