My medical aid Fedhealth is making me sick, LITERALLY

I joined Fedhealth on 1 April 2021 and was given the standard 3 month general waiting period (ending 30 June 2021) plus 12 month condition-specific waiting period for my existing chronic ailments.

My 12-year-old daughter who is my only beneficiary was then admitted on 17 July 2021, nearly 3 weeks after the end of the 3 month general waiting period, with no prior medical history for this or any conditions.

Ricardo from the non-disclosure department contacted me to "interrogate" me and I was still transparent and helpful as I have nothing to hid and wanted an amicable solution. I was left to do the investigation using my time and resources to get the reports they requested as part of this investigation. I have been stressing about the constant SMS's, calls, and emails from Dr's office and hospitals for payment.

Mind you one Dr was paid but I am still under investigation, if I was not so upset I would laugh.

I have requested Ricardo to call me back on 2 separate occasions but no feedback or response, just automated "no-reply" emails. I will escalate as far as CMS as I have rights and responsibilities, of which I have honoured my responsibilities.

I have sleepless nights and the stress is not helping my high blood and depression.
