I really don't know why I'm with this medical scheme. They wait for you to be knocking on deaths door before they can assist. I am now walking around in pain because they don't want to pay for a minor procedure. They wasted my time, money and energy. I have been on the phone with so many different people including a lady that said she would investigate why my authorization was declined and why everything took so long- seemingly, her investigation is taking long too. I am definitely changing to another one next year , maybe I'll get one that actually cares about their clients well being and health, not this one that just wants us to die before they do what's right by us
