Moving from Topmed to Fedhealth disaster

I was a member with Topmed, which moved to Fedhealth on the 1st of August. I am on chronic medication for depression, and all my visits to my doctor, and 70% of my medication has been paid for by Topmed because it's listed as an PMB. I was worried about the move to Fedhealth, and phoned the customer care line at Topmed before the move to ask about my medication if there's anything I need to worry about. They assured me that I would still be covered for my medication and doctors visits, and that all my approved chronic medication will be taken over. Now, upon not receiving any documentation about this, I phoned Fedhealth to find out what is going on, just to learn that they are not paying for anything!! I was fed lies to prevent me from changing to a different scheme. I was put on the 'same' plan as what I had at Topmed, but I need to upgrade to a very expensive plan for them to cover the same items I had at Topmed, it's actually cheaper to buy the meds out of my own pocket!!
