Most useless medical aid - change rules as and when they feel like it!

Fedhealth changes the rules if and when they want even when arrangements have been put in place. Their staff are not trained properly, whenever a claim has to be refunded, it takes months of blood, sweat and tears and emailing the CEO to get anything done and then I only hear that there are new rules etc that nobody bothered to tell me. Their medivault system is ****... you pay comprehensive medical aid prices for basically a ****ty hospital plan. Being a Fedhealth has actually worsened my chronic conditions! For your health don't use Fedhealth.
