this medical aid has the worst service to there clients the managers refuse to address me when asking to logg a complaint against a rude and aggressive agent who mind you works in authorizations Thandile Miya speaking aggressively over me and not allowing for any questions or concerns to be herd she even went to the point of telling me they will not assign anyone else to my case since i told her i don't want to have a discussion with her since she is so rude i called at 12:30 today to complain i was put on hold told i will be called back and eventually told they will not talk to me i need to send a email which i have anyway done already these are all the people i spoke to just today wasting airtime Mogotso, Hidie ,Themba ngidi not forgetting the other 3 that i didnt manage to catch there names this is so pathetic that the one place you would expect to get the best service with skilled agents who are sympathetic and empathetic are the worst to talk to im so unhappy its not even funny
