Most Terrible service from Fedhealth

Most terrible service once again, I am awaiting approval on a operation sent documents and call 3 days later only to find out it has being declined due to them unable to upload my documents stating I did not send all documents yet whefn I spoke to the consultant loading she told me all documents received and also how can a medical decline without sending an email or contacting a customer to request the documents to be resent. If this is not sorted today and approved I am going to the CGSO.
