Monthly contribution

<p>My Monthly contribution was increase and i was not even told.Only received a email at end of April 2016 to inform me im in arrears.Increase was done on February 2016.When i asked them for a review it was fixed BUT they still wants the arrears money I asked them how is this possible if my payment is fix.My problem is Fedhealth olny notify you after 3 months why if they send me a email in April they could not do so in Feb?</p>
